Bring Fitness has a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 24 hours of your visit, you will be charged the value on your requested services. This is done to protect the schedules of the health professionals that dedicate their time to delivering the best services possible. In addition, please note the following: (i) you will be charged with the payment method on file (ii) once you cancel, you will receive a confirmation from Bring Fitness. (iii) you can cancel through your assigned health professional or by messaging Bring Fitness directly.

All team members are background checked by Checkr.
All coaches must be certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine or a similar organization and have at least five years of experience. Most coaches hold a collegiate degree in an allied health field.
All team members must hold a current First Aid, CPR, and AED certification from American Red Cross.
Our coaches are insured through Next Insurance which covers up to $1 million per occurrence. Next Insurance also allows us to add corporate clients to our insurance plan at no extra cost.
Our goal is to nurture your wellness program and support its growth. We donate 10% of all revenue generated on your property back to your management team to maintain fitness facilities, fund community health initiatives, or use as your team sees fit.
Your coach can bring all the fitness equipment you need to have an awesome workout. This includes but is not limited to yoga mats, free weights, kettlebells, and TRXs.
Optimally, you should have at least a 7' x 10' space for your workout, either indoors or outdoors. With advance notice, our team can accommodate any space size.
